The National Weather Service in New York has cancelled the Winter
Weather Advisory as temperatures in the overnight into Wednesday
morning are expected to remain above freezing allowing for any
precipitation to be rain.

* Locations... southern Westchester New York and eastern Bergen New
Jersey.

* Hazard types... heavy snow.

* Accumulations... snow accumulation of 4 to 6 inches.

* Timing... Wednesday night into Thursday evening.

* Impacts... hazardous travel conditions are expected Wednesday
night and Thursday due to greatly reduced visibilities and
significant snow accumulations.

A Winter Storm Watch means there is a potential for significant
