severe thunderstorm capable of producing quarter size hail... and
damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. This storm was located near
Spencer... and moving east at 30 mph.

* The severe thunderstorm will be near...

Newark Valley by 1142 am EDT...
Berkshire by 1144 am EDT...
