The National Weather Service in Reno has issued a lake Wind Advisory... which is in effect from noon to 11 PM PDT Sunday.
* Winds: southwest winds will increase to 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph by early afternoon and then decrease to 10 to 15 mph by late evening.
* Wave heights: 2 to 4 feet Sunday afternoon and evening.
* Small boats will be prone to capsizing and should remain off lake waters until conditions improve.

The National Weather Service in Reno has issued a red flag warning... which is in effect from noon to 11 PM PDT Sunday.
Low pressure moving across the region will bring windy conditions Sunday afternoon and evening. Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 40 mph are expected. Ridges above 7000 feet will see higher gusts. Humidity levels will fall to the 10 to 15 percent range in valley locations. Winds... low humidity and dry fuels will create conditions conducive to rapid fire growth.
