At 127 PM MDT... National Weather Service Doppler radar continued to indicate a severe thunderstorm capable of producing nickel size hail and damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. This severe thunderstorm is located southeast of Los Alamos... moving southeast at 10 mph.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM MDT Monday evening for northeastern New Mexico.
The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of
the southeast quarter of Colorado north central and northeastern New Mexico
Effective this Monday afternoon and evening from 120 PM until 800 PM MDT.
Hail to 2 inches in diameter... thunderstorm wind gusts to 70 mph... and dangerous lightning are possible in these areas.
The Severe Thunderstorm Watch area is approximately along and 90 statute miles east and west of a line from 10 miles northeast of Colorado Springs Colorado to 75 miles southwest of Tucumcari New Mexico. While mid-level flow remains somewhat weak from the NW... low-level sufficient for organized/weakly-rotating storms. Along with large hail... locally strong/gusty winds will be possible as convection organizes/spreads sewd into the High Plains through the afternoon.
Aviation... a few severe thunderstorms with hail surface and aloft to 2 inches. Extreme turbulence and surface wind gusts to 60 knots. A few cumulonimbi with maximum tops to 450. Mean storm motion vector 30025.

The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued an
* Arroyo and small stream flood advisory for... Los Alamos County in north central New Mexico east central Sandoval County in north central New Mexico west central Santa Fe County in north central New Mexico
* until 245 PM MDT
* at 116 PM MDT National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated heavy rain from a storm over Los Alamos. The storm is moving towards the southeast and will affect White Rock and rural areas to the west of Santa Fe and east of Cochiti Lake. Rainfall amounts will range between three quarters to 1.5 inches.
* Strong flows and high water levels are expected in arroyos... small streams and over low water crossings.
