Sandoval...and Rio Arriba counties. Before 330 PM...this activity will drift to the north northeast at 15 mph...resulting in rainfall of a few hundreths to around two tenths of an inch in isolated locales. Wind gusts to around 45 mph and dangerous cloud to ground lightning strikes will accompany this activity.
