Flash Flood Warning
Statement as of 4:41 PM MDT on August 01, 2015

... The Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 545 PM MDT for
north central Sandoval County...

At 439 PM MDT... National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain between Regina and Gallina near
the intersection of State Road 96 and State Road 112. Of particular
concern will be areas along Rio Gallina.

Locations impacted include...
Regina and La Jara.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Move to higher ground now. Act quickly to protect your life.

Both localized and distant heavy rainfall will create sudden and
dangerous flows in arroyos and over low water crossings.

Do not underestimate the power of flood waters. Only a few inches of
rapidly flowing water can quickly carry away your vehicle.
