A line of showers and storms will continue to move east at 15 mph across the Jemez Mountains and upper and middle Rio Grande Valley through the mid-evening hours. A few locales that may be impacted by the precipitation include Jemez Springs...Los Alamos...Cochiti Lake...Rio Rancho...the Albuquerque South Valley and Los Lunas. A few of the stronger storms may produce gusty winds up to 40 mph as well as occasional cloud to ground lightning. Rainfall amounts are expected to remain under one quarter of an inch through 930 PM MDT... however a few of the slow moving storms may produce locally higher amounts.
