* 20 foot winds... southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph
Sunday. Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph Monday.

* Relative humidity... 8 to 12 percent Sunday. 3 to 8 percent
Monday.

* Impacts... any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
