* Snow accumulations... storm total snowfall ranging from around 4 inches in the southeastern Panhandle... to 8 inches along the northern Panhandle is likely through Friday.
* Winds... north winds will increase to 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph Thursday... increasing to 25 to 35 mph... with gusts to 50 mph Thursday night and Friday.
* Impacts... periods of snow combined with strong northerly winds will create dangerous travel conditions across western and north central Nebraska. The strong wind will create near blizzard conditions Thursday and Friday.
