... Flash Flood Watch remains in effect through this evening...

The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* portions of east central Colorado... northwest Kansas and
southwest Nebraska... including the following areas... in east
central Colorado... Kit Carson and Yuma. In northwest Kansas...
Cheyenne KS. In southwest Nebraska... Dundy.

* From this afternoon through this evening

* widespread rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches... with some
locations receiving up to 6 inches... were reported Friday
night. With more moderate to heavy rainfall expected this
afternoon and evening over the same area... flash flooding may
occur.

* Central Kit Carson County will be especially favorable for flash
flooding due to rainfall totals up to 6 inches occurring there
last night.

* Please report any flash flooding to local law enforcement.
Reports can also be sent to the National Weather Service in
Goodland by phone or through social media.
