Statement as of 12:30 am CST on November 28, 2009 ... Record high temperature set at Hastings NE... a record high temperature of 70 degrees was set at Hastings NE yesterday. This ties the old record of 70 set in 1998.

	Public Information Statement
Statement as of 7:52 am CST on November 28, 2009 NOAA Weather Radio station kec39... which operates on a frequency of 162.525 mhz and transmitted from tower facilities near Cambridge Nebraska... remains off the air this morning. Technicians have been notified and will restore kec39 to normal operations as soon as possible. The following counties in Nebraska will be impacted: Furnas... Gosper... Frontier... Red Willow... and in kansas: Norton and Decatur. We apologize for any inconvenience this outage may cause.
