The National Weather Service in Omaha/valley has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for rain and snow... which is in effect until 6 am CST Tuesday. The Winter Storm Warning has been cancelled.
A mix of rain and snow will continue this evening with some additional trace to 3 inch accumulations possible. In addition north winds at 10 to 25 mph may result in additional power outages. Temperatures and Road conditions will be quite variable across the advisory area... so be prepared for variable Road conditions.

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of rain and snow... will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while driving.
