Statement as of 4:10 AM MDT on March 31, 2015

... Red flag warning remains in effect from noon today to 8 PM MDT
this evening for low humidity and gusty winds for fire weather
zones 310... 311... 312 and 313...

* wind... westerly 15 to 20 mph with gusts 25 to 30 mph.

* Humidity... minimum afternoon humidities around 10 percent.

* Impacts... any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now... or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds... low relative humidity... and warm temperatures will
create explosive fire growth potential.
