... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect from 3 am to noon CST
* winds... winds will become northwesterly tonight... with speeds of
10 to 20 mph from tonight through Monday morning.
* Wind chill values... with temperatures dropping below zero later
tonight... and increasing northwest winds... wind chill values
will drop to between 20 and 28 below from tonight through
A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in
frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
