    The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a Wind
    Advisory... which is in effect from 1 PM CDT /noon MDT/ this
    afternoon to 9 PM CDT /8 PM MDT/ this evening.

    Northwest winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 40 mph will develop
    this afternoon and will persist through early evening.

    A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 mph are expected. Winds
    this strong can make driving difficult... especially for high
    profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

    ... Red flag warning in effect from 1 PM this afternoon to 9 PM
    CDT this evening for strong winds and low relative humidities...

    The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a red flag
    warning... which is in effect from 1 PM this afternoon to 9 PM CDT
    this evening.

    Expect northwest winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 40 mph and
    minimum relative humidities of 20 to 25 percent to develop this
    afternoon and persist through early evening.

    A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions
    are either occurring now... or will shortly. A combination of
    strong winds... low relative humidity... and warm temperatures will
    create explosive fire growth potential.
