Areas of dense fog have developed across the Missouri River valley this morning across south central North Dakota. Visibilities of less than one quarter of a mile are possible though sunrise...including the cities of Bismarck...Mandan and Lincoln. Use caution when traveling this morning....especially at uncontrolled intersections and Railroad crossings...as other vehicles will be difficult to see.
