southeastern Cavalier County in northeastern North Dakota...
southern Pembina County in northeastern North Dakota...
Walsh County in northeastern North Dakota...

* until 300 PM CDT

* at 1204 PM CDT... Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain which will cause flooding. Over 2 inches of rain has
fallen in a short time period and it is still raining.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Grafton... Park River... Drayton... Karlstad... Greenbush... Stephen and
Argyle.
