... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until noon CST /11 am
* timing... this morning.
* Wind chill values... 30 to 40 below zero.
* Other impacts... frostbite to exposed skin and hypothermia.
A Wind Chill Advisory means the combination of wind and very cold
air will create low wind chills. This will result in frost bite
and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken. If you must
venture outdoors... make sure you cover all exposed skin and dress
