A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and winds will
combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in frost
bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken. If
you must venture outdoors... make sure you wear appropriate
clothing... including hat and gloves.

... Record low at Grand Forks International Airport this morning...
The temperature at the Grand Forks International Airport dropped
to 24 below zero during the pre-dawn hours Saturday morning which is
a new record low for the date. The previous record low was 20 below
zero set in 1972.
