	Coastal Flood Advisory
Statement as of 10:20 PM EST on November 15, 2009 ... Coastal Flood Advisory remains in effect from 6 am to noon EST Monday... Tides will likely remain 1 to 1.5 feet above predicted through the high tide Monday morning. The higher of the two high tides on Monday will occur between 630 am and 10 am. The new moon is on Monday. Similar to the past couple of mornings... tide levels are expected to reach or slightly exceed minor coastal flood thresholds. Areas most susceptible to minor flooding include low-lying beaches... tidal creeks and marshes... as well as low- lying stretches along the Intracoastal Waterway to include tidal influenced rivers. Vehicles parked in flood prone locations should be moved to higher ground. Low elevation streets near beaches... marshes and rivers may become impassible due to high water. Be especially careful at night when it is more difficult to judge the depth of the water. Rjd/dch
