... Winter Weather Advisory expired at 7 am EST this morning...

* locations... along the western slopes from southeast West
Virginia and the mountain Empire of Virginia... to the Grayson
Highlands of Virginia and the mountains of North Carolina.

* Hazard types... very low wind chills... strong gusty winds... and
blowing snow.

* Timing... very low wind chills through Sunday morning.

* Impacts... very low wind chill values will lead to hypothermia
and frostbite if not properly protected from the cold. Blowing
snow may impact some roadways.

* Winds... northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph... diminishing
during the afternoon.

* Temperatures... 3 to 17 above.

* Wind chill readings... as low as 15 below.
