	Dense Fog Advisory
Statement as of 3:02 AM EST on November 16, 2009 ... Dense fog advisory remains in effect until 8 am EST this morning... Saturated ground cover from recent rains combined with light winds over the region have developed areas of dense fog across eastern North Carolina. The fog will be widespread and dense with visibilities dropping to 1/4 mile or less at times. The fog will begin to lift shortly after daybreak. Precautionary/preparedness actions... A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... reduce your speed... use your low beam headlights... and leave plenty of distance between your vehicle and those around you.
