* Flood Warning for the French Broad River at Blantyre. * From this evening tthrough Friday morning... or until the warning is cancelled. * At 3:30 PM Wednesday the stage was 13.2 feet. * Flood stage is 16.0 feet. * Minor flooding is forecast. * Forecast... rise above flood stage by this evening and continue to rise to near 18.5 feet by Thursday morning. The river will fall below flood stage by late Friday morning. * Impact... at 18.0 feet... secondary roads along the river and farmland will be flooded. River Road will be under water.
