* until 515 PM EDT
* at 414 PM EDT radar indicated that around 2 inches of rain had fallen over the past hour along the southern Cleveland... Rutherford County line. Heavy rain was still falling in this area... though the heaviest rain had drifted southward and extended from Cliffside to just north of Chesnee. An additional inch of two of rain is likely in this area. If the storms continue to remain nearly stationary... a warning may need to be issued.
