Jones... Lenoir... Martin... Mainland Dare... Mainland Hyde... Onslow...
Pamlico... Pitt... Tyrrell and Washington.
* From 7 am EST this morning through late Thursday night
* widespread rain will continue into Thursday night as low
pressure moves slowly northeast off the southeast coast. Total
rainfall amounts are expected to range from 5 to 8 inches... and
this will likely lead to significant runoff... with flooding of
low lying and poor drainage areas possible.
