Special Statement
Statement as of 3:29 PM EST on February 27, 2015

... Patchy black ice tonight...

As temperatures drop into the mid 20s tonight... patchy black ice
will develop on area roadways. While most roads have been cleared
by maintenance crews... any runoff from melting snow and ice will
refreeze and lead to slick spots that are less obvious. If
traveling tonight and Saturday morning... stay alert for black
ice... slow down... and leave plenty of following distance.
