A Winter Storm Warning for heavy snow remains in effect until 6 am MDT Monday.
Heavy snow with accumulations of 1 to 3 inches per hour is expected to develop this evening. This will result in travel quickly becoming difficult with rapid snow accumulation causing slush and snow covered roads. Downed tree limbs and power lines can be expected with power outages possible. Accumulations around a foot are expected tonight with an additional 3 to 6 inches on Sunday.
A Winter Storm Warning means significant amounts of snow are expected. Gusty winds are also possible. This will make travel very hazardous or impossible.
