Isolated showers are affecting ares in central and eastern portions of Mississippi at this hour. These showers will continue to move east southeast and increase in coverage through the next couple of hours. Rainfall amounts will generally be a tenth. Heavier down pours may bring upwards of a quarter to half an inch across Yazoo and Madison counties. Areas located along the Highway 25 corridor will see increased coverage and intensity of showers with some having rainfall rates of a half inch per hour through noon.
