A lake Wind Advisory remains in effect from 8 am to 3 PM CST
Wednesday.
The pressure gradient west of departing low pressure currently over
the western Florida Panhandle will result in breezy winds over the
advisory area on Wednesday. By mid-morning Wednesday... winds will
become north at 20 to 25 mph... with higher gusts... on Ross Barnett
Reservoir and okatibee lake.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A lake Wind Advisory indicates that winds will cause rough chop
on area lakes. Small boats will be especially prone to capsizing.
