Lake Wind Advisory
Statement as of 2:54 PM CST on November 10, 2009
... Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 5 PM CST this
afternoon...
A lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 5 PM CST late this
afternoon.
Northeast winds of 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph can be
expected through the late afternoon as the remnants of Ida continued
to move eastward across the Panhandle of Florida. Those winds should
diminish overnight and Wednesday.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A lake Wind Advisory indicates that winds will cause rough chop
on area lakes. Small boats will be especially prone to capsizing.
