Statement as of 7:57 PM CST on November 15, 2009 The Flood Warning continues for the SAC river near Caplinger Mills. * From Monday afternoon to late Tuesday night... or until the warning is cancelled. * At 7:45 PM Sunday the stage was 14.3 feet. * Flood stage is 16.0 feet. * Minor flooding is forecast. * Forecast... rise above flood stage by tomorrow early afternoon and continue to rise to near 16.2 feet by tomorrow evening. The river will fall below flood stage by early Tuesday morning. * Impact... at 16.0 feet... minor flooding begins near the gage site, and the campground at Caplinger Mills begins to flood.
