            1 Road was reported covered with water in NE part of
            Cherokee County. Dispatch mentioned it is near a very
            small town called bethlahem.

Heavy rain e1.75 inch, reported by co-op observer.


            Cooperative weather observer noted several local County
            roads in the Waco and Asbury area had 3-4 inches of water
            flowing over them but were still passable.
