11/15/2009 0500 PM 10 miles E of Weir, Jasper County. Flood, reported by law enforcement. 1 Road was reported covered with water in NE part of Cherokee County. Dispatch mentioned it is near a very small town called bethlahem. 11/15/2009 1245 PM Waco, Jasper County. Heavy rain e1.75 inch, reported by co-op observer. Cooperative weather observer noted several local County roads in the Waco and Asbury area had 3-4 inches of water flowing over them but were still passable.
