The storms will be affecting areas mainly north of a line from Atchison Kansas...to Smithville to Knoxville. The strongest storm in southeast Nebraska should be moving into northwest Missouri and extreme northeast Kansas between 330 and 4 am. This storm may contain larger hail...and will produce very heavy rainfall. The stronger storms will be affecting areas from White Cloud Kansas to Oregon and Mound City Missouri.
