* At 827 PM CDT... National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated
slow moving thunderstorms with heavy rainfall across the warned
area.

* Runoff from this rain will cause flooding to occur. Locations in

Springs... big Sugar Creek State Park... Carl Junction... Carona...
Carterville... Carthage... Columbus... Diamond... Duenweg... Duquesne...
