The National Weather Service in Pleasant Hill MO has issued a

* Flood Warning for
the Missouri River at Napoleon.
* From late Sunday night to late Thursday night.
* At 9:00 PM Saturday the stage was 15.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... rise above flood stage by early Monday morning and
continue to rise to near 19.8 feet by Monday evening. The river
will fall below flood stage by Thursday morning.
* At 17.0 feet... low-lying areas unprotected by levees begin to
flood.

* Forecast... the river is forecast to have a maximum value of 23.7

* At 22.0 feet... low-lying rural areas along the river and outside of
levee protection flood.
