Most of the activity will occur across the Doniphan...Van Buren and Poplar Bluff area. Hourly rainfall amounts will range from little more than a trace up to a couple hundredths of an inch.

... Areas of dense fog will persist into the morning...
areas of dense fog have formed over the region during the early
morning hours. In some locations along Interstate 24 and
Interstate 57 from near Paducah Kentucky to Mount Vernon
Illinois... the visibility will be near zero at times. Motorists
should exercise extreme caution and be prepared for rapidly
reduced visibilities. Conditions should improve around mid morning
as the sun warms the air and Burns off the fog.
