an area of moderate to locally heavy rainfall across the warned
area. Radar estimated rainfall amounts of one to two inches have
fallen since Sunday evening. Additional rainfall amounts of one
half to one inch will be possible overnight.
* Runoff from this rain will cause flooding to occur mainly on small
streams and low water crossings.
