Dent County in south central Missouri... southeastern Pulaski County in central Missouri... southern Phelps County in east central Missouri... Texas County in south central Missouri... * until 900 am CST. * At 225 am CST... National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated an area of moderate to locally heavy rainfall across the warned area. Radar estimated rainfall amounts of one to two inches have fallen since Sunday evening. Additional rainfall amounts of one half to one inch will be possible overnight. * Runoff from this rain will cause flooding to occur mainly on small streams and low water crossings. This warning includes but is not limited to the following low water crossings... Highway 119 at Pigeon Creek near Montauk State Park... Route u at the Jacks Fork 2 miles northwest of Clear Springs... Webster and Wright. * Until noon CST today * a band of moderate rain will track east through portions of southwest and south central Missouri.
