    * until Wednesday July 16... or until the warning is cancelled.
    * At 9:00 PM Tuesday the stage was 28.0 feet.
    * Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
    * Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
    * Forecast... the river will rise to near 29.1 feet by
    Friday morning and then continue to fall.
    * Impact... at 29.0 feet... this level is estimated to be met or
    exceeded on average once every 5 years.
