* Through Monday morning
* rain and snow will continue to fall across the region. Ground
conditions are quite moist... which will cause rapid runoff of
precipitation into small streams... creeks... and rivers. Some of
this rain... particularly over far southern Missouri... could be
heavy tonight.
* This heavy rainfall could cause flooding of small streams and
low water crossings... as well as main Stem rivers.

A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on
current forecasts.
