* At 11:30 am Thursday the stage was 13.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river is expected to rise to near flood stage

* steady moderate to heavy rain approaching a total of 2 to 3
inches with locally higher amounts will contribute to flooding
of local streams.
