... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 6 PM CST
Sunday...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow remains in effect until 6 PM CST
Sunday.

* Timing... snow that spread across far northern Missouri will persist
through the afternoon and continue into early evening hours before
tapering off. A lull in the snowfall is expected tonight followed
by another round of light snow Sunday morning.

* Snow accumulations... 1" to 2" today and up to 1" on Sunday with the
second round of snow. Total accumulations 2" to 3".

* Impacts... travel may be hazardous especially on any untreated
roadways... though conditions will improve rapidly once the
snow ends.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow... sleet... or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while
driving.
