Isolated showers and thunderstorms are popping up across parts of eastern South Dakota and moving southeast into southwest Minnesota and parts of south central Minnesota. One of these showers will move east away from the Bellingham... Madison Minnesota areas...through Cerro Gordo...Milan...Watson motevideo...Dawson...to clarckfield...Montevideo...Granite Falls and Hanley Falls...between 600 PM and 800 PM. Most of the showers and storms are staying south of the Minnesota river and will eventually be around Wanda and Lamberton...towards Springfield...Comfrey and St James Bay later in the evening. A few showers have been trying to develop north of the Minnesota river today...these have been around Cosmos...Lakeside...and Hector then moving southeast through Fernando...Fairfax...Gibbon...to around Arlington...New Rome...New Sweden...Courtland...New Ulm. Overall there is not much rain falling anywhere in the region. If you happen to get under one of these isolated showers...you could possibly pick up a tenth of an inch...up to quarter inch of rain at best.
