the top 5.

This year the observed temperature was 54 degrees.
That is the 2nd warmest first 3 weeks of November on record.

The warmest and most recent average high is 60 degrees in 2001.

The normal low temperature for the first 3 weeks in November is 27.
This year the observed average low temperature was 35 degrees.
That is number 5 warmest. Tied with 1930 and 1999.
