* Timing: lasting through at least midday today.
* Other impacts: roads will continue to be snow covered as air
temperatures drop below zero. Travel may be difficult. Winds
around 15 mph with higher gusts will result in some blowing and
drifting snow as well today.

will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in
frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
