* thunderstorms will have the potential to produce heavy rainfall
on already saturated soils. 1 to 2 inches of rain by Monday
evening is possible.
* Basement flooding... rapid rises on creeks and streams... and Road
closures are all possible from heavy rainfall and flash
flooding... should it occur.

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.
