central Minnesota... south central Minnesota... southwest
Minnesota and west central Minnesota... including the following
areas... in central Minnesota... Benton... Kandiyohi... McLeod...
Meeker... Renville... Sherburne... Sibley... Stearns and Wright.
In east central Minnesota... Anoka... Carver... Chisago...
Dakota... Hennepin... Isanti... Ramsey... Scott and Washington. In
south central Minnesota... Blue Earth... Brown... Faribault... Le
Sueur... Martin... Nicollet... Rice... Waseca and Watonwan. In
southwest Minnesota... Redwood. In west central Minnesota...
Chippewa... Lac Qui Parle... Pope... Stevens... swift and Yellow
Medicine.

* Through Monday afternoon.

* 2 to 4 inches of rain are likely... especially toward southwest
Minnesota through Monday morning. Some localized amounts of 4
to 7 inches are possible.

* Flash flooding of low lying areas... creeks... streams... and urban
areas is possible.

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should flash flood warnings be issued.
