The National Weather Service in Twin Cities/Chanhassen has issued
a Wind Chill Advisory... which is in effect from 6 PM this evening
to noon CST Saturday.
* Wind chill values: 25 below to 35 below tonight into Friday
morning... and again on Friday night into Saturday morning.
* Other impacts: patchy blowing snow will continue today.
A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in
frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
