Weather Advisory for blowing snow... which is in effect from noon
Tuesday to midnight CST Tuesday night.

* Locations... portions of northeast Minnesota including the Iron
Range and The Arrowhead.

* Timing... gusty northwest winds will develop Tuesday afternoon
and produce areas of blowing snow through the evening.

* Snow accumulations... 1 to 3 inches.

* Winds... northwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* Visibilities... snow and blowing snow will reduce visibilities to
a quarter mile or less at times.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow and blowing snow means that
