The fog is locally dense... especially in and around Lapeer... Marlette... Oxford and Midland. Visibilities in these locals will drop to near zero at times. The fog will lift between 9 am and 1030 am. Until then... expect continued poor visibilities. Motorists should be on the lookout for rapidly fluctuating visibilities and should slow down. Travel will be especially treacherous across northern Oakland County... Lapeer County and southern Sanilac County. Considine 648 am EST Thu Nov 12 2009 ... Areas of dense fog this morning...
